At SHAKSPEARE GLASS, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hand-blown glassware isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your glass items in their original protective packaging and double-box them to ensure they are safe from breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the returned piece to confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
